Any additional gateway fees, bank transfer fees, or transaction charges are borne by the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Sellzr relies on licensed electronic payment providers such as Stripe, HyperPay, PayTabs, and other approved payment gateways to ensure secure transactions.
6.2 Security Standards
- All transactions are processed under SSL/TLS encryption and PCI DSS standards
- Payment processing complies with international security requirements
- We do not store complete credit card information on our servers
6.3 Transaction Verification
- Transactions may be declined if they fail Know Your Customer (KYC) or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks

8. Service Delivery and Client Responsibilities

- We provide estimated timelines for service delivery based on project scope
- Actual delivery times may vary based on complexity, third-party dependencies, and client responsiveness
- Delays caused by incomplete information or client non-cooperation may extend timelines
8.2 Client Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery
- Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Cooperate with our team and third-party service providers
- Pay all fees according to the agreed schedule
8.3 Third-Party Dependencies

11. Cancellation and Refunds
11.1 Service Cancellation
- You may cancel services by providing 30 days’ written notice
- Cancellation does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered or work in progress
- We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of these Terms with 15 days’ notice
11.2 Refund Policy
- Consultation services are non-refundable once execution has begun
- Planning and strategy services are non-refundable after work has commenced
- For cancellations prior to commencement: Partial refunds may be granted subject to mutual agreement in writing
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service initiation
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed minus completed work, administrative fees, and third-party costs
11.3 Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Initial consultation fees
- Government filing fees and third-party costs
- Services where work has already been delivered
- Subscription or retainer fees for periods already rendered
11.4 Payment Gateway Refunds
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Service Quality Commitment
Sellzr makes every effort to provide high-quality services but does not guarantee specific outcomes (such as revenue increases, market success, or approval of government applications) unless explicitly stated in a written contract.
12.2 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
12.3 Excluded Damages
Sellzr shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data
- Business interruption or loss of goodwill
- Damages resulting from misuse of the Website or Services
- Damages caused by third-party services or providers

12.4 Force Majeure

- An agreed arbitration body or commercial dispute resolution center in Saudi Arabia
15.3 Arbitration (Optional)
The parties may mutually agree to resolve disputes through arbitration in accordance with Saudi arbitration laws and procedures.
15.4 Language
These Terms are provided in English. In case of any inconsistency between English and Arabic versions, the Arabic version shall prevail to the extent required by Saudi law.
16. General Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sellzr regarding the Services.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under Saudi law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16.4 Assignment

16.7 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms are for the benefit of the parties only and do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
