Service customization
Any additional services outside the agreed scope shall be set out in writing with separate pricing. Service agreements will specify deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities for each engagement.

Clients receive 24/7 access to our online dashboard for project tracking, document management, and direct communication with our team.
Account registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information.

Additional fees
Any additional gateway fees, bank transfer fees, or transaction charges are borne by the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information and documentation, complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction, ensuring the legality of their business operations, maintaining necessary licenses and permits, and avoiding any misuse, false declarations, or illegal activities.

Service delivery and client responsibilities
Successful delivery is a shared effort. We commit to clear timelines and quality output; you commit to providing accurate information and timely responses.
Service timeline
We provide estimated timelines based on project scope. Actual delivery times may vary based on complexity, third-party dependencies, and client responsiveness. Delays caused by incomplete information or client non-cooperation may extend timelines.

Data is stored on secure servers with backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. We comply with SAMA regulations and Saudi data protection requirements for handling financial and personal information.
Intellectual property
Intellectual property rights are clearly defined to protect both Sellzr’s proprietary materials and your ownership of work product delivered to you.
Cancellation and refunds
Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair to both parties — protecting work already delivered while accommodating reasonable cancellation requests.
Service cancellation
You may cancel services by providing 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered or work in progress. We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of these Terms with 15 days’ notice.
Refund policy
- Consultation services — Non-refundable once execution has begun
- Planning & strategy — Non-refundable after work has commenced
- Pre-commencement — Partial refunds may be granted subject to mutual written agreement
- Refund window — Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service initiation
- Net amount — Approved refunds are processed minus completed work, administrative fees, and third-party costs
Non-refundable services
The following are generally non-refundable: initial consultation fees, government filing fees and third-party costs, services where work has already been delivered, and subscription or retainer fees for periods already rendered. Payment gateway fees are also non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
Sellzr makes every effort to provide high-quality services but does not guarantee specific outcomes (such as revenue increases, market success, or government approvals) unless explicitly stated in a written contract.
Maximum liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
Excluded damages
Sellzr shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data; business interruption or loss of goodwill; damages resulting from misuse of the website or services; damages caused by third-party services; damages from unauthorized account access; or actions of government authorities.
Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet failures, or changes in laws.
Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or matters that cannot be limited under Saudi law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sellzr, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims arising from your actions or breach of these Terms.
This indemnification covers any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

- Third-party rights — Your violation of third-party rights or interests
- False information — Inaccurate or false information provided by you
